  1. Are CICA’s Webinars Free?
    Yes, CICA webinar are free for members and non-members.

     

  2. How long are the webinars and when are they scheduled?
    All webinars are scheduled between 12:30 and 1:30 ET, 40-50 minutes of presentation and 15-20 minutes of Q&A.

     

  3. How do I receive the PowerPoint presentation?
    One day after the live session, the slides are saved under the tab ‘resources’ on the event’s registration page if the speaker authorized public access to the slides.

     

  4. Where do I find the registration page?
    When you click on the webinar series page, you will notice all future and past events listed. Registration links are below each session description.

     

  5. How do I receive the 1 hour CPD credit for attending?
    CICA does not issue a receipt for participating in the webinar. If your Provincial Institute needs to verify your attendance, they will contact us directly.

     

  6. How do I register and access a webinar?
    To register for a webinar, please browse through the series and select a webinar you would like to attend. The link to the registration will always be found under the session description. Click on the link. Select the ‘not registered yet’ button in the Authentication box. Enter your contact information. Your email address will be your authentication to enter the webinar on the scheduled date.

     

  7. How can I get notified of upcoming webinars?
    To receive notification of upcoming webinars, you have to subscribe to the relevant newsletter or publication by clicking here.
