  During this time of unprecedented change in accounting standards, the CICA has released a two-part video series that discusses the development of Canadian GAAP. The videos feature Trish O’Malley, Chair of the AcSB and Paul Cherry, former AcSB Chair. Module 1 provides an overview of how Canadian standards have evolved since the inception of the CICA Handbook – Accounting in 1967.  Module 2 discusses who sets Canadian standards.
