 Lucio Milanovich
Lucio Milanovich, CA, is the Director, Finance for Marsulex Inc., a medium-sized Canadian public company which is a leading provider of industrial services, primarily environmental compliance solutions for air quality control and handling of industrial waste streams. He has approximately 20 years of business experience and since joining Marsulex in 1999, Lucio has been closely involved in a broad range of financial assignments related to acquisitions, financings, business planning and forecasting, prospectus preparation and public company disclosures requirements. Most recently, he is the Project Leader for the Company’s IFRS implementation.
 Jared Friedberg
Jared Friedberg, CA, is the IFRS Project Manager at Marsulex Inc. where he is responsible for the coordination and preparation of the Company’s external reports as well as ensuring Marsulex adheres to changes in accounting and reporting standards. Jared has over five years of experience in public accounting during which he has developed skills in conducting audits for public and private company financial statements and filings.
