Risk Oversight and Governance

The Risk Oversight and Governance Board (ROGB) offers concise, informative guidance materials for boards of directors and senior managers. These guides provide a practical approach to help directors fulfill their responsibility for governance and the oversight of risk management. To uphold a reputable and professionally recognized level of output the ROGB works under the guidance of a variety of authoritative, specialist resources. This includes a Directors Advisory Group (DAG) and Not-for-Profit Organizations Task Force (NFP) made up of highly established leaders in governance.
