Governance, Strategy and Risk

The CICA provides education, resources and matching services for CAs, Boards of Directors and senior managers to enhance the quality of corporate governance and the oversight of risk management in organizations. The CICA is also committed to supporting audit committees and their members, both by equipping CAs with the financial expertise critical to the audit committee role, and also by helping to provide all audit committee members with the broad skills required to be effective directors.
