Enhancing Audit Quality Steering Group

The mandate of the Enhancing Audit Quality Steering Group is to provide direction and oversight to the work program and outputs of the following working groups:

  • The Role of the Audit Committee Working Group;
  • The Audit Reporting Working Group; and
  • The Auditor Independence Working Group.

The steering group is responsible for ensuring that the consultation process is transparent and serves the public interest.

Steering group project length: April 2012 through April 2013.
