The Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, like the profession its serves, reflects the national character of Canada; its members work in virtually all streams of Canadian life. Like all truly national institutions, the Institute strives to be fully bilingual. The CICA has responsibilities not only to provide services to all of its members but also to provide them with a reasonable opportunity to contribute to its activities. In order to avail itself of all its resources the Institute believes that the profession should encourage equally the participation of francophone and anglophone members in their language of choice. |
