Uniting the Canadian accounting profession

By joining together, Canada’s accounting bodies will be in a strong position to provide the highest quality financial and management accounting services, while serving and protecting the public interest by establishing consistent codes of professional conduct, disciplinary systems and licensing regimes.

Unification of the profession would result in Canada having one of the largest accounting organizations in the world with the influence needed to advance Canadian business interests.
